  The Sportbike Junkies are a private group of Sportbike Riders located across Midwestern, Southern, and other parts of Ontario Canada.  We have members from around the world but most are located in Ontario, Canada.

This site is open to the general public except that of our forum.  In order to become a member you will need to register and we will send you some questions.  We keep this private so we don’t have unwanted guest on the forum.  We have had problems in the past with un-welcomed viewers and we take all measures possible to prevent future reoccurrences.

The Sportbike Junkies do the best they can to keep a somewhat positive appearance to non-riders.  This is not always easy to do as not everyone loves the style of bikes we ride.  We encourage the following from our members.

Keep speeds reasonable in villages, towns and city limits in any area you ride
Do not split lanes on 400 series or any other highway.
Try to respect drivers in cars by not tailgating.  (We have all been guilty)
Respect other riders of all makes of motorcycles. 
Do your part to be a good role model for kids. (Refrain from vulgar and rude behavior around young children)
Ride within your limits always
Ride hard in areas that are not over crowded and you know well.
Save all racing for the track.

With the new law that is facing us it is hoped that we all have a safe and ticket free summer.  It is not hard to exceed 50kms over the speed limit by any means.  The Police need to re-examine what street racing is as most tickets last fall where that of non-street racers.
