Sydney Peppler is the 16 year old daughter of Richard Peppler. She works part time here at RCC Turbos.

She began racing at Grand Bend Motorplex in Ontario, Canada on a 2003 Suzuki GSXR600 on May 15th 2026. Her first pass on the bike was an 11.97 @ 110mph. Her best pass of her 1st time out was 11.24@ 127mph

At the next even May 30th, she bettered her time on the 600 and ran an 11.14 @ 130mph

Our friend BJ Snyder offered to let her ride is 235hp ZX14 that weekend, so we arranged some test sessions after the bike and sled class, she make a very responsible 1st pass to get a feel for the bike, and ran 12.18@134mph, her next pass was a 10.14@155mph, her 3rd pass of the day was a 9.53@160mph

On Sept. 5 2026 Sydney Peppler made her debut on her first turbo Suzuki Hayabusa Prostreet bike at Grand Bend Motorplex. Her 1st pass of the day leaving easy, 3psi of boost and hand clutching the bike she ran 8.31@164mph, her next pass we left the boost low, she went on the 2-step and let the clutch go, she ran an 8.04@172mph. She was ecstatic after this pass. Our plan was to run a 7 second pass the next morning. We added a bit of boost to the bike and her morning pass was 7.82@178mph, which made her the first woman in Canada to make a 7 second pass on a Prostreet bike with a DOT tire! On her next pass she even ran quicker! 7.73@176mph

This is very exciting for the both of us as we are now the 1st father and daughter to run the 1st sevens, I was the first Canadian to run a 7 second pass on a Prostreet bike back in September of 2005, now my 16 year old daughter Sydney has become the first woman in Canada to run a 7 second pass almost 21 years later to the day!
